Who We Serve
We support the next generation of patriots enlisting in the U.S. Armed Services after graduation from high school.
Enlistees
We recognize and support high school seniors who plan to enlist into the military immediately after high school graduation, and provide them with resources that aid in their transition into military service.
Parents & Families
We help the parents, guardians, and families of high school seniors enlisting in the military and provide them information and resources to support their son or daughter’s transition into the military.
Communities
We help communities provide the collective support of like-minded parents, families, educators, business leaders, and veterans coming together for the purpose of honoring our nation’s newest service members.

What People
Are Saying
Tens of thousands of people have attended our ceremonies including the Secretary of the Navy, members of Congress, lieutenant governors, top general officers, decorated military veterans, community leaders, and the friends and families of the men and women of Our Community Salutes.
Ray Mabus
Former Secretary of the Navy
“I am proud of the people here today that are stepping forward, willing to serve this country, willing to wear the uniform. You will represent the heritage, the history, the dedication and the skill that are the armed forces today.”
Robert E. Andrews
Former U.S. Representative (D-NJ)
“At a time when many of their peers are pursuing vocational or college degrees, these young men and women have instead chosen to dedicate themselves to military service. It is thanks to their sacrifices that the United States of America remains a beacon of hope and freedom in a fractious world.”
Ander Crenshaw
Former U.S. Representative (R-FL)
“These young men and woman are going to defend our country and take their place alongside some of the great heroes that have served before them, and they are to be thanked for that.”
Constitution Guide
OCS provides our newest service members with a copy of the U.S. Constitution in the form of a printed pocket guide they can carry with them wherever they go in service. We are proud to gift these guides to our new graduates and give them a deeper understanding of the U.S. Constitution they pledge to support and defend.
